International Fire Fighters Day in Stellenbosch

George Municipality is very proud of our 6 fire fighters who competed in the International Fire Fighters Day in Stellenbosch last week. Mr Neels Barnard, George Fire Chief, who accompanied the team,said it was an amazing opportunity for the team with regards to fitness and teambuilding. He also congratulated our neighbouring Garden Route District Municipality for achieving great success in the event.

Fires 1 – 8: Activity at the International Fire Fighters Day with all the different fire trucks on display and even a few “old ladies” of yesteryear on display.
