Water update: Oubaai and Herold’s Bay – A second pipe burst occurred during last night. The initial pipe burst was restored with minimum leakage, but it was left overnight to refill reservoirs. Unfortunately, the second pipe burst happened. Teams are now working on the bursts and it is expected for them to finish work during the first half of the day. Water tankers are being dispatched now.
