Live Enrollment Unit (LEU) SYSTEM: UM FAILURE

Kindly note that all Western Cape Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) offices are currently experiencing LEU system failure (Eye Testing Device), which is preventing us from rendering any related services.

However, the physical driving license test is still being conducted. Motor Vehicle Registration and Vehicle Testing Systems remain online, these services can still be accessed.
