New Water consumption graph on your monthly municipal statement
Residents will notice a new graph on their municipal statements which will enable them to review their past 6 months’ water consumption. The graph shows the most recent monthly reading, as well as 5 months previous usage in graph form as well as kiloliters, making it easy to see if you have gone over the current household limit of 15kl per month as per the water restrictions in place.

Submit meter readings to meterreadings@george.gov.za
Submit proof of payments to payments@george.gov.za with your GRG acc nr as reference
As of 31 January 2023, the George Municipality will no longer send out printed accounts by post, only per email – but a copy can be printed at the cash hall of the Municipality’s main building situated at 71 York Street or Area Offices in BLANCO, CONVILLE, PACALTSDORP, NEW DAWN PARK, ROSEMOOR, PROTEA PARK, TOUWSRANTEN as well as Thembalethu and Waboomskraal Thusong Centres on request. To ensure that you continue to receive your municipal account statement, please register to receive your Municipal account via email.
The registration form is also available on all Municipal pay offices, area offices and the George Municipality’s website at this link: https://www.george.gov.za/george-document/register-to-receive-your-account-on-email/
Once completed, please return the form to the same office that you have received it from or email it to: accounts@george.gov.za

Nuwe Waterverbruikgrafiek op jou maandelikse munisipale staat
Inwoners sal ‘n nuwe grafiek op hul munisipale state opmerk wat hulle in staat sal stel om hul afgelope 6 maande waterverbruik te hersien. Die grafiek toon die mees onlangse maandelikse lesing, sowel as 5 maande se vorige waterverbruik in grafiekvorm sowel as kiloliters, wat dit maklik maak om te sien of jou huishouding die huidige huishoudelike limiet van 15kl per maand oorskry het volgens die waterbeperkings in plek.
