Electrical Service Application Form

The Electrical Service Application form must be completed for all requests relating to:
* New electricity connections
* Service upgrades or downgrades
* Tariff changes
* Conversion from credit to prepaid metering
* Temporary connections or disconnections
* Other electrical service requirements

Please ensure that all required supporting documents are attached, including proof of property ownership, a copy of the applicant’s ID, approved building plans (where applicable), and the latest municipal account statement.

Completed application forms, together with the required supporting documents, may be submitted via email to nvnqumse@george.gov.za or delivered to, Brick Road, George Industrial, George, for further processing.
