Early Closure of MVR Blanco, DLTC and VTS offices

Please be advised that Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Hibernia, MVR Blanco, Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) in Pacaltsdorp, and Vehicle Testing Station (VTS) will be closed from 2 pm on Wednesday, 23 October 2024.

All services will resume as normal on Thursday, 24 October 2024.
