Early Closure of MVR Blanco, DLTC, and VTS Offices

Please be advised that the Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Hibernia, MVR Blanco, Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) in Pacaltsdorp, and Vehicle Testing Station (VTS) will be closed from 2 pm on Wednesday, 15 January 2025 for operational requirements.

All services will resume as normal on Thursday, 16 January 2025.
