Early Closure of MVR Blanco, DLTC and VTS offices

Please be advised that Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Hibernia, MVR Blanco, Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) in Pacaltsdorp, and Vehicle Testing Station (VTS) will be closed from 2 pm on Wednesday, 11 September 2024.

All services will resume as normal on Thursday,12 September 2024.
