The Office of the Municipal Manager and the Office of the Executive Mayor dedicated their 67 Minutes for Mandela Day on Friday, 17 July 2026, to an outreach initiative at Rosemore Old Age Home.
With the aim of addressing one of the home’s greatest needs, the team donated a variety of toiletries and other essential items.
The donation was made in response to the needs identified by the home.
Annie Potts an Administrative Support Officer at Rosemore Old Age Home, received the donation with expression of her heartfelt gratitude for the care, generosity, and support shown to the residents.
The residents of Rosemore Old Age Home are a valued and important part of our community. May this initiative inspire us all to make a positive difference in the lives of the elderly, not only on Mandela Day, but throughout the year.
